Lockdown week 3

We aren’t allowed to leave our house still even to shop. Thankfully a market close to us has delivery. It is very difficult to get a delivery spot as they go quickly. This is how we are ordering food right now. This was our last delivery. It’s 90% eggs and veggies. We ordered 120 eggs. That will last roughly 3 weeks. Here’s pictures of ONE WEEK of vegetables. Each week varies a little depending upon availability and what we have left over. Like this week, we got butter fruit (avocados). Yes!!!





 How many vegetables do we eat in one week?  When your diet is mostly vegetables, it’s a lot.

Green beans 2 kg=4.4 lb

Tomatoes 3.5 kg=7.7 lb

Cauliflower 3 heads

Onion 4.6 kg=10.12 lb

Cucumber 1 kg=2.2 lb

Bell pepper 6

Lemon 1.1=2.42 lb

potatoes 6 kg=13.2 lb

Carrot 1/2 kg=1.1 lb

Zucchini 2

Corn 12 ears

Cabbage 4 heads

Banana one bunch

Watermelon 1

Mushroom 4 packages

Garlic a lot!!!!

Cilantro a large bunch

Pineapple 1

Mango right now we buy 36 mangoes.  We eat some and freeze some.  They are cheap and we are saving up.

We are grateful for the food we can get.  Fresh is delicious.
