Games we got in India for Christmas:
Mind: 2-4 players, ages 8-up, 20 minutes play. The Mind is the ingenious, addictive and ridiculously fun game that everyone is buzzing about. How do you know what is in someone's hands? How do yo make the right decision when the game is on the line. The rules are simple, but surviving the level is not.
Minimalize: 2-8 players, ages 7-up. A fun filled quick games with the motto, Lesser is better. Minimize your total by putting down a single card, same number so a sequence. Declare when the total value of your cards is less than 7. Utilize power cards for dramatic twists in a game.
Code Names: 2-8 players, ages 10-up, 15 minute play. The two rival spymasters know the secret identities of 25 agents. Their teammates know the agents only by their codenames. The teams compete to see you can make contact with all of their agents first when given one word clues. Their teammates try to guess the right color while avoiding those that belong to the opposing team. And everyone wants to avoid the assassin.
Other games we love but couldn't bring:
Bang! The Bullet! ages 12-up. An old west style card game where each player is assigned a role. Take out the outlaws without killing the sheriff or his allies and you win.
5 minute Dungeon: 2-5 players, ages 8-up. Chaotic, cooperative real-time card game where players work to defeat monsters, obstacles, and dungeon bosses.
We love games and are always looking for a new one to try. Please share with us your favorite games to play!!!
